There are many models of autoclaves with different characteristics and features.
Every medical facility or practice must adopt the model most suitable for its operational needs, as dictated by the loads it needs to sterilize.
Regarding loads, EN 13060 has precisely defined the classification, clarifying that the following materials are considered Type B loads:
Porous bodies

The sterilization process
The sterilization process consists of several phases, and for each point, Tecno-Gaz has chosen to adopt cutting-edge technical solutions.
Vacuum is the first phase of the cycle and is crucial for correct sterilization. We ensure an excellent result by adopting a high-quality pump that allows for the removal of air pockets even in hollow and porous bodies.
Preheating is the phase in which the sterilization cycle parameters—temperature and pressure—are stabilized. We adopt a preheating system with a heating element designed to minimize the duration of this phase.
Exposure time is the period during which all microorganisms are eradicated; pressure, temperature, and time must be monitored perfectly. We can count on a double-probe system and microprocessor control, further managed by the exclusive P.I.D. system.

After finishing loading the autoclave and closing the door, ambient air is trapped inside the chamber, which, due to different physical elasticity, does not mix with the steam produced. These "air pockets" remain "cold," therefore they are an impediment to the correct and safe sterilization of the treated materials. It is important to adopt a forced expulsion system for these air pockets.

Fixed temperatures
The temperatures set on our autoclave cycles are 134°C and 121°C. The 134°C cycles are normally used for the sterilization of solid and ferrous materials. The 121°C cycles are used for thermoplastics, fabrics, and sensitive materials. Always sterilize materials by following the indications provided by the device manufacturer.
Simplicity of use
Choosing and selecting a sterilization cycle on Tecno-Gaz autoclaves is very simple and intuitive. One key allows you to scroll and view data relating to each cycle on the large display, allowing you to identify the most suitable cycle; then, it is sufficient to press one button to automatically start the entire sterilization cycle without having to worry about anything else. For any error or alarm, messages and LED indicators will call your attention.

Safety for operators
Door safety
We have applied three safety devices to the door:
The first is mechanical-electromagnetic: it activates the moment the sterilization cycle is started and completely blocks the door from opening. This device can be released at the end of the cycle by activating a specific button, and only when positive pressure is close to zero.
The second is electrical: it activates automatically the moment there is a clear attempt at forced opening of the machine.
The third is dynamic: the gasket is made with a new concept that does not allow the door to open in case of pressure inside the chamber.

Water tank filling: prepare your autoclaves according to your needs
You can choose how to set up your autoclave.
Europa B Evo is already ready to:
Have autonomous operation, using the water from the internal tanks and manually loading/unloading pure and used water.
Be connected directly to the water mains, via a specific reverse osmosis system (mod. Pura), to have a continuous water supply and automatic drainage, without wasting time on manual operations.
Advice
For those who use the autoclave constantly and do not want the implications related to purchasing distilled water and managing tank filling and drainage, we recommend adopting the Pura system; you will save time and money and protect the autoclave because you will always have controlled and suitable water.
Internal machine tanks
All autoclaves have a pure water tank and a used water tank inside the unit. Each tank is equipped with sensors to signal minimum and maximum levels.
Filling the tanks
If the autoclave is connected to the mod. Pura device, the tanks fill automatically, whereas if you intend to use it autonomously, water filling is done manually. Tecno-Gaz autoclaves, to facilitate this operation, are equipped with a filling method using a pump and a full-tank detection system that stops the water flow. This important option, standard on all models in the line, avoids human error due to overfilling and reduces operator effort. The autoclave is also set up for manual tank filling in case the fill pump does not work.
Chamber and load
All Tecno-Gaz autoclave chambers are built with special stainless steel. They are produced using advanced industrial systems and subjected to strict control and individual testing procedures.
Load and dimensions
A parameter of great interest to buyers is the chamber volume, as it is used as the sole parameter to evaluate how much load the autoclave can sterilize.
In truth, we can find autoclaves with larger chambers than others, but with the capacity to sterilize a smaller amount of load. All this is determined by technical choices: heating system, heating element power, etc...
Always evaluate carefully not only the volume of the chamber but also and above all the load quantity declared by the manufacturers, which is normally around 750/1,000 g per tray.
Rich standard equipment
We believe that every autoclave should be supplied with all the equipment needed to perform normal daily operations and those accessories needed for the management and control of the equipment itself. Therefore, Tecno-Gaz autoclaves are offered already complete with all possible accessories and preparations.
Integrated printer on all models: ensures the recording of sterilization cycles and allows for the formalization of the vacuum test.

La garanzia di 24 mesi ai sensi del DL 24/02 si applica al prodotto che presenti un difetto di conformità, purché il prodotto stesso sia stato utilizzato correttamente, nel rispetto della sua destinazione d'uso e di quanto previsto nella documentazione tecnica allegata.
Tale garanzia è riservata al Consumatore privato (persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero effettua l'acquisto senza indicare nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA).
In caso di acquisto con riferimento di Partita IVA (scopi riferibili ad attività professionali) la garanzia è di 12 mesi, e si applica al prodotto che presenti un difetto di conformità, purché il prodotto stesso sia stato utilizzato correttamente, nel rispetto della sua destinazione d'uso e di quanto previsto nella documentazione tecnica allegata.
In caso di difetto di conformità CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. provvede al ripristino della conformità del prodotto mediante riparazione/sostituzione.

Vi è un difetto di Conformità quando il bene acquistato, sempre entro 24 Mesi dalla data di consegna, non è o non è più:
- Idoneo all'uso al quale servono abitualmente beni dello stesso tipo
- Di uguale qualità rispetto ad un campione o modello analogo
- Di uguale qualità rispetto a prestazioni abituali di un bene dello stesso tipo anche tenuto conto della natura del bene e/o della sua pubblicità
- Idoneo all'uso particolare voluto dal Consumatore e dichiarato dal venditore
Il cliente dovrà far pervenire il bene presso la sede di CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. in Via G.B. Guarini 58 - Livorno (LI).
Nel caso in cui per qualsiasi ragione, non fosse in grado di rendere al proprio cliente un prodotto in garanzia (ripristinato o sostituito), CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. potrà procedere a propria discrezione alla restituzione dell'intero importo pagato oppure alla sostituzione con un prodotto con caratteristiche pari o superiori.
Attenzione! Le spese di spedizione verso e da CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. sono a carico del Cliente.
Saranno respinte al Mittente, con spese a suo carico, tutte le spedizioni di prodotti:
- non comprendenti imballi, accessori e manualistiche originali.
- ricevuti con imballo esterno non idoneo o inadeguato e quindi danneggiati durante il trasporto.
- la Garanzia non copre i danni dovuti al non utilizzo degli imballi originali e di adeguato imballo protettivo esterno di sicurezza non autorizzati dal Centro assistenza.
Attenzione! La Garanzia del prodotto rimane del tutto invariata con decorrenza dalla data di acquisto.
Le riparazioni o le sostituzioni potranno avvenire anche con parti o prodotti ricondizionati che, pur non necessariamente uguali ai prodotti difettosi contenuti nella fornitura originale, siano comunque equivalenti o leggermente superiori a parti e prodotti nuovi per funzionalità, prestazioni ed estetica.
Se il prodotto risulta manomesso o le etichette che identificano il Serial o Part Number risultino rimosse o manomesse, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. si riserverà di giudicare la validità della Garanzia.
Convenzionalmente viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente ad un risarcimento danni o indennizzi nonché ogni responsabilità contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose.
Nel caso di modifiche alle Condizioni di Garanzia, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. applicherà le condizioni presenti sulla Garanzia per prodotti in vigore al momento dell'acquisto del Cliente.

In caso di difficoltà di reperimento del prodotto, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. ha facoltà di adempiere alle Condizioni di Garanzia mediante Nota di Credito e rimborso all'acquirente del corrente prezzo di mercato del prodotto stesso.

La compilazione e l'invio del modulo costituiscono comunicazione esplicita della volontà di recedere dal contratto.
Una volta ricevuta la richiesta, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. invierà una conferma di ricezione all'indirizzo e-mail indicato dal cliente.
Restituzione dei prodotti
Dopo aver esercitato il diritto di recesso, il consumatore è tenuto a restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione di recesso.
Le spese di restituzione dei beni sono a carico del consumatore, salvo diversa indicazione da parte di CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l.

Stato dei prodotti restituiti
Il consumatore può esaminare e testare il prodotto nella misura necessaria a verificarne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento, come farebbe in un punto vendita fisico.
Il consumatore è responsabile dell'eventuale diminuzione del valore dei beni derivante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.
La mancanza dell'imballo originale non comporta automaticamente la perdita del diritto di recesso, fermo restando l'obbligo di restituire il prodotto adeguatamente protetto per il trasporto.
Rimborso
In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. provvederà al rimborso di tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dal consumatore, inclusi gli eventuali costi di consegna standard sostenuti per l'acquisto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione di recesso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento impiegato per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo con il consumatore.
CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. potrà trattenere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino a quando il consumatore non abbia fornito prova dell'avvenuta spedizione degli stessi, se precedente.
Esclusioni dal diritto di recesso
Ai sensi dell'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo, il diritto di recesso non si applica, tra gli altri casi previsti dalla legge:
- ai prodotti sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e che siano stati aperti dopo la consegna;

Foro competente
Per ogni controversia relativa all'interpretazione, esecuzione, validità o risoluzione del contratto, è competente il giudice del luogo di residenza o di domicilio del consumatore, purché situati nel territorio dello Stato italiano, ai sensi della normativa vigente.

It is impossible to make mistakes, impossible to select a cycle that does not ensure correct sterilization; any operational error is signaled via error messages.
The autoclave can be used by multiple people without the possibility of causing damage or problems. Tecno-Gaz has sought to provide maximum operational safety in this important aspect as well.
The sterilization process
The sterilization process consists of several phases, and for each point, Tecno-Gaz has chosen to adopt cutting-edge technical solutions.
Vacuum is the first phase of the cycle and is crucial for correct sterilization. We ensure an excellent result by adopting a high-quality pump that allows for the removal of air pockets even in hollow and porous bodies.
Preheating is the phase in which the sterilization cycle parameters—temperature and pressure—are stabilized. We adopt a preheating system with a heating element designed to minimize the duration of this phase.
Exposure time is the period during which all microorganisms are eradicated; pressure, temperature, and time must be monitored perfectly. We can count on a double-probe system and microprocessor control, further managed by the exclusive P.I.D. system.
Drying is the important final phase of the sterilization cycle. Perfect drying ensures the sterile maintenance of the instruments. Tecno-Gaz adopts a combined vacuum + heat system that ensures perfect drying of the sterilized materials, both unwrapped and wrapped.
The importance of vacuum
Why vacuum
After finishing loading the autoclave and closing the door, ambient air is trapped inside the chamber, which, due to different physical elasticity, does not mix with the steam produced. These "air pockets" remain "cold," therefore they are an impediment to the correct and safe sterilization of the treated materials. It is important to adopt a forced expulsion system for these air pockets.
Vacuum systems
There are several vacuum systems applicable to autoclaves. The most advanced and safe vacuum method to achieve safe sterilization on all materials, including hollow and porous ones, is the fractionated vacuum.
Fractionated vacuum
Europa B Evo – Europa B Evo 24 adopt the fractionated vacuum system. The fractionated vacuum is a system that alternates phases of negative pressure with phases of positive pressure and is implemented at the start of each sterilization cycle. This method is the ultimate technical expression of vacuum and ensures the expulsion of air pockets in all materials, even in hollow and porous ones.
Cycles
Fixed temperatures
The temperatures set on our autoclave cycles are 134°C and 121°C. The 134°C cycles are normally used for the sterilization of solid and ferrous materials. The 121°C cycles are used for thermoplastics, fabrics, and sensitive materials. Always sterilize materials by following the indications provided by the device manufacturer.
Simplicity of use
Choosing and selecting a sterilization cycle on Tecno-Gaz autoclaves is very simple and intuitive. One key allows you to scroll and view data relating to each cycle on the large display, allowing you to identify the most suitable cycle; then, it is sufficient to press one button to automatically start the entire sterilization cycle without having to worry about anything else. For any error or alarm, messages and LED indicators will call your attention.
Completely automatic cycles
All cycles are completely automatic; all phases are managed by an advanced board complete with a powerful microprocessor. Every phase (vacuum, preheating, exposure time, drying) is monitored, supported, and managed automatically. There is no human involvement in the execution of the cycles.

Operator-free cycles with automatic shutdown
All sterilization cycles have an automatic function that, in the absence of an operator at the end of the cycle, starts an anti-condensation phase and an automatic shutdown. This system saves energy and keeps the equipment safe.

Safety for operators
Door safety
We have applied three safety devices to the door:
The first is mechanical-electromagnetic: it activates the moment the sterilization cycle is started and completely blocks the door from opening. This device can be released at the end of the cycle by activating a specific button, and only when positive pressure is close to zero.
The second is electrical: it activates automatically the moment there is a clear attempt at forced opening of the machine.
The third is dynamic: the gasket is made with a new concept that does not allow the door to open in case of pressure inside the chamber.

Water tank filling: prepare your autoclaves according to your needs
You can choose how to set up your autoclave.
Europa B Evo is already ready to:
Have autonomous operation, using the water from the internal tanks and manually loading/unloading pure and used water.
Be connected directly to the water mains, via a specific reverse osmosis system (mod. Pura), to have a continuous water supply and automatic drainage, without wasting time on manual operations.
Advice
For those who use the autoclave constantly and do not want the implications related to purchasing distilled water and managing tank filling and drainage, we recommend adopting the Pura system; you will save time and money and protect the autoclave because you will always have controlled and suitable water.
Internal machine tanks
All autoclaves have a pure water tank and a used water tank inside the unit. Each tank is equipped with sensors to signal minimum and maximum levels.
Filling the tanks
If the autoclave is connected to the mod. Pura device, the tanks fill automatically, whereas if you intend to use it autonomously, water filling is done manually. Tecno-Gaz autoclaves, to facilitate this operation, are equipped with a filling method using a pump and a full-tank detection system that stops the water flow. This important option, standard on all models in the line, avoids human error due to overfilling and reduces operator effort. The autoclave is also set up for manual tank filling in case the fill pump does not work.
Chamber and load
All Tecno-Gaz autoclave chambers are built with special stainless steel. They are produced using advanced industrial systems and subjected to strict control and individual testing procedures.
Load and dimensions
A parameter of great interest to buyers is the chamber volume, as it is used as the sole parameter to evaluate how much load the autoclave can sterilize.
In truth, we can find autoclaves with larger chambers than others, but with the capacity to sterilize a smaller amount of load. All this is determined by technical choices: heating system, heating element power, etc...
Always evaluate carefully not only the volume of the chamber but also and above all the load quantity declared by the manufacturers, which is normally around 750/1,000 g per tray.
Rich standard equipment
We believe that every autoclave should be supplied with all the equipment needed to perform normal daily operations and those accessories needed for the management and control of the equipment itself. Therefore, Tecno-Gaz autoclaves are offered already complete with all possible accessories and preparations.
Integrated printer on all models: ensures the recording of sterilization cycles and allows for the formalization of the vacuum test.
Preparation for water mains connection: all autoclaves are prepared for water mains connection via Pura.

LA GARANZIA LEGALE:
La garanzia di 24 mesi ai sensi del DL 24/02 si applica al prodotto che presenti un difetto di conformità, purché il prodotto stesso sia stato utilizzato correttamente, nel rispetto della sua destinazione d'uso e di quanto previsto nella documentazione tecnica allegata.
Tale garanzia è riservata al Consumatore privato (persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero effettua l'acquisto senza indicare nel modulo d'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA).
In caso di acquisto con riferimento di Partita IVA (scopi riferibili ad attività professionali) la garanzia è di 12 mesi, e si applica al prodotto che presenti un difetto di conformità, purché il prodotto stesso sia stato utilizzato correttamente, nel rispetto della sua destinazione d'uso e di quanto previsto nella documentazione tecnica allegata.
In caso di difetto di conformità CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. provvede al ripristino della conformità del prodotto mediante riparazione/sostituzione.
Cos'è il difetto di conformità?
Vi è un difetto di Conformità quando il bene acquistato, sempre entro 24 Mesi dalla data di consegna, non è o non è più:
- Idoneo all'uso al quale servono abitualmente beni dello stesso tipo
- Di uguale qualità rispetto ad un campione o modello analogo
- Di uguale qualità rispetto a prestazioni abituali di un bene dello stesso tipo anche tenuto conto della natura del bene e/o della sua pubblicità
- Idoneo all'uso particolare voluto dal Consumatore e dichiarato dal venditore
Il cliente dovrà far pervenire il bene presso la sede di CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. in Via G.B. Guarini 58 - Livorno (LI).
Nel caso in cui per qualsiasi ragione, non fosse in grado di rendere al proprio cliente un prodotto in garanzia (ripristinato o sostituito), CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. potrà procedere a propria discrezione alla restituzione dell'intero importo pagato oppure alla sostituzione con un prodotto con caratteristiche pari o superiori.
Attenzione! Le spese di spedizione verso e da CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. sono a carico del Cliente.
Saranno respinte al Mittente, con spese a suo carico, tutte le spedizioni di prodotti:
- non comprendenti imballi, accessori e manualistiche originali.
- ricevuti con imballo esterno non idoneo o inadeguato e quindi danneggiati durante il trasporto.
- la Garanzia non copre i danni dovuti al non utilizzo degli imballi originali e di adeguato imballo protettivo esterno di sicurezza non autorizzati dal Centro assistenza.
Attenzione! La Garanzia del prodotto rimane del tutto invariata con decorrenza dalla data di acquisto.
Le riparazioni o le sostituzioni potranno avvenire anche con parti o prodotti ricondizionati che, pur non necessariamente uguali ai prodotti difettosi contenuti nella fornitura originale, siano comunque equivalenti o leggermente superiori a parti e prodotti nuovi per funzionalità, prestazioni ed estetica.
Se il prodotto risulta manomesso o le etichette che identificano il Serial o Part Number risultino rimosse o manomesse, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. si riserverà di giudicare la validità della Garanzia.
Convenzionalmente viene escluso ogni diritto del Cliente ad un risarcimento danni o indennizzi nonché ogni responsabilità contrattuale o extracontrattuale per danni diretti o indiretti a persone e/o cose.
Nel caso di modifiche alle Condizioni di Garanzia, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. applicherà le condizioni presenti sulla Garanzia per prodotti in vigore al momento dell'acquisto del Cliente.
Competenza: per ogni controversia è competente il Foro ai sensi di legge.

In caso di contatto telefonico la nostra assistenza tecnica risponde da Lunedì a Venerdì dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.30.
Il prodotto verrà riparato oppure, nel caso in cui la riparazione non sia possibile, sostituito con uno uguale, equivalente o superiore secondo il giudizio di CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l..
In caso di difficoltà di reperimento del prodotto, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. ha facoltà di adempiere alle Condizioni di Garanzia mediante Nota di Credito e rimborso all'acquirente del corrente prezzo di mercato del prodotto stesso.
Ai sensi degli articoli 52 e seguenti del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), il consumatore ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto senza fornire alcuna motivazione entro 14 giorni dalla consegna dei prodotti.
Per consumatore si intende la persona fisica che acquista per scopi estranei alla propria attività imprenditoriale, commerciale, artigianale o professionale.
Termine per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni:
- dal giorno in cui il consumatore, o un terzo da lui designato diverso dal vettore, acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni;
- nel caso di consegna di più beni ordinati con un solo ordine e consegnati separatamente, dal giorno in cui viene consegnato l'ultimo bene.
Modalità di esercizio del diritto di recesso
Per esercitare il diritto di recesso è possibile utilizzare l'apposito modulo online disponibile nell'area dedicata del sito.
La compilazione e l'invio del modulo costituiscono comunicazione esplicita della volontà di recedere dal contratto.
Una volta ricevuta la richiesta, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. invierà una conferma di ricezione all'indirizzo e-mail indicato dal cliente.
Restituzione dei prodotti
Dopo aver esercitato il diritto di recesso, il consumatore è tenuto a restituire i beni entro 14 giorni dalla comunicazione di recesso.
Le spese di restituzione dei beni sono a carico del consumatore, salvo diversa indicazione da parte di CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l.

Stato dei prodotti restituiti
Il consumatore può esaminare e testare il prodotto nella misura necessaria a verificarne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento, come farebbe in un punto vendita fisico.
Il consumatore è responsabile dell'eventuale diminuzione del valore dei beni derivante da una manipolazione diversa da quella necessaria per stabilirne natura, caratteristiche e funzionamento.
La mancanza dell'imballo originale non comporta automaticamente la perdita del diritto di recesso, fermo restando l'obbligo di restituire il prodotto adeguatamente protetto per il trasporto.
Rimborso
In caso di esercizio del diritto di recesso, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. provvederà al rimborso di tutti i pagamenti ricevuti dal consumatore, inclusi gli eventuali costi di consegna standard sostenuti per l'acquisto.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della comunicazione di recesso utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento impiegato per la transazione iniziale, salvo diverso accordo con il consumatore.
CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. potrà trattenere il rimborso fino al ricevimento dei beni oppure fino a quando il consumatore non abbia fornito prova dell'avvenuta spedizione degli stessi, se precedente.
Esclusioni dal diritto di recesso
Ai sensi dell'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo, il diritto di recesso non si applica, tra gli altri casi previsti dalla legge:
- ai prodotti sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute e che siano stati aperti dopo la consegna;
- ai beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati;
- agli altri casi espressamente previsti dall'art. 59 del Codice del Consumo.
Foro competente
Per ogni controversia relativa all'interpretazione, esecuzione, validità o risoluzione del contratto, è competente il giudice del luogo di residenza o di domicilio del consumatore, purché situati nel territorio dello Stato italiano, ai sensi della normativa vigente.
