For shipments to islands and remote areas, an additional charge of € 2.00 (excluding VAT) applies.

Cash on delivery fee

For the Cash on Delivery method (payment in cash to the courier, maximum amount € 500 including VAT), a Cash on Delivery fee applies, which will be visible during checkout.

Floor delivery

Floor delivery is not provided and cannot be requested when placing an order. The courier delivers to the street level.

Note: ensure that the delivery location is reachable and accessible to the courier.
