An Operating Lease (also known as Renting or Long-term rental) is the ideal solution for resolving issues related to providing Office Automation products characterized by high obsolescence.

This solution allows you to pay constant fees for the use of the selected products (the "pay-for-use" solution) for the entire duration of the contract (variable, choosing durations of 24/30/36/48/60 months), returning the asset to the financial company at the end of the contract.

For tax purposes, not redeeming the goods at the end of the contract allows you to deduct all fees during the current calendar year, without having to capitalize anything or execute depreciation plans.

At the end of the contract, the customer can also decide to keep the asset by extending the rental in 6-month increments or by purchasing it (the purchase fee for the asset is determined by GRENKE based on the amount/duration of the established rental).

The only management fees provided are 50.00 Euros + VAT, which include all administrative costs, stamp duties, contract management, and collection fees.

Insurance fees are also provided (AllRisk formula with a deductible of only 150 Euros per claim); these are calculated in relation to the value of the products purchased and their type: for mobile assets (portable monitors, etc.), the insurance cost is equal to 3.3% of the value of the goods (for electromedical devices) for each year of the contract.

If the value of the goods is low, the minimum insurance cost is 108.00 per year.

The insurance amount is invoiced at the beginning of each calendar year of the contract.

The payment of fees is on a quarterly basis in advance and takes place automatically via bank direct debit (authorization is provided by the customer upon signing the contract).

In the details tab of each product, financeable items will be identified by the specific GRENKE mark.

Attention! Our cart will perform a check, and only if all ordered items are financeable will the option to pay via long-term rental be activated.

Financeable amounts range from 500.00 to 100,000.00 Euros excluding VAT (including any transport costs).
