A consumer is defined as a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:

• from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods;
• in the case of delivery of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which the last good is delivered.

Filling out and submitting the form constitutes explicit notification of the intention to withdraw from the contract.

Once the request is received, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. will send a confirmation of receipt to the email address provided by the customer.

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is required to return the goods within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.

The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise indicated by CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l.

The consumer may examine and test the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they would in a physical retail store.

The consumer is responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

The absence of the original packaging does not automatically lead to the loss of the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the obligation to return the product adequately protected for transport.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. will refund all payments received from the consumer, including any standard delivery costs incurred for the purchase.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the consumer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases provided for by law:

• to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery;
• to goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• to other cases expressly provided for by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code.

For any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, validity, or termination of the contract, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have jurisdiction, provided they are located within the territory of the Italian State, in accordance with current legislation.
