Support & Warranty provided directly by CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l.


LEGAL WARRANTY:
The 24-month warranty under Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation.
This warranty is reserved for the private Consumer (a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or who makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form).


In the event of a purchase with a VAT number (purposes related to professional activities) the warranty is 12 months, and applies to the product if it presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the provisions of the attached technical documentation.


In the event of a lack of conformity, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. will restore the product's conformity through repair/replacement.


What is a lack of conformity?
A lack of conformity exists when the purchased item, within 24 months from the delivery date, is not or is no longer:
- Suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are habitually used
- Of equal quality to a similar sample or model
- Of equal quality to the habitual performance of a good of the same type, also taking into account the nature of the good and/or its advertising
- Suitable for the particular use intended by the Consumer and declared to the seller


The customer must send the item to the headquarters of CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. at Via G.B. Guarini 58 - Livorno (LI).
If for any reason it is unable to return a product under warranty to its customer (repaired or replaced), CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. may proceed, at its own discretion, to refund the entire amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.


It is the Customer's responsibility to consult the Warranty Support procedures in force at the time of requesting warranty service.


The warranty covers exclusively manufacturing defects and non-conformity of the product.
With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-conforming products, the supplier company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages that may result from the use, even improper, of the product by the recipient.
CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. guarantees the integrity and validity of the products offered in the catalog based on quality checks performed.
The main rules regarding warranties are provided for by Articles 128 and 135 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005).

To activate the Warranty, you must request it in the dedicated section of your account.


In case of telephone contact, our technical support is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
The product will be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with an identical, equivalent, or superior one according to the judgment of CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l..
In case of difficulty in obtaining the product, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. has the right to fulfill the Warranty Conditions by means of a Credit Note and refund to the buyer of the current market price of the product itself.

Attention! Shipping costs to and from CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. are borne by the Customer.


The following product shipments will be rejected and returned to the Sender at their own expense:
- shipments not including original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- shipments received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport.
- the Warranty does not cover damage caused by not using the original packaging and adequate external protective safety packaging not authorized by the service center.

Attention! The product Warranty remains entirely unchanged starting from the date of purchase.

Repairs or replacements may also occur with refurbished parts or products which, although not necessarily identical to the defective products contained in the original supply, are nonetheless equivalent or slightly superior to new parts and products in terms of functionality, performance, and appearance.

If the product appears tampered with or the labels identifying the Serial or Part Number are removed or tampered with, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. reserves the right to judge the validity of the Warranty.

Conventionally, any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property.
In the event of changes to the Warranty Conditions, CFS Prodotti Medicali S.r.l. will apply the conditions present in the Warranty for products in force at the time of the Customer's purchase.
Jurisdiction: for any dispute, the court having jurisdiction is determined by law.
